HTS Online Exam or Online Video Test, a candidate is monitored online during the test duration typically with the help of a webcam, mic and access to the screen of the candidate.
To take an online proctored test from a remote location candidates need:

  • Good Desktop PC or a Laptop
  • Internet connection with at least 512 kbps speed
  • Working webcam and a headset (or in-ear) with mic
  • Google Chrome should be installed
  • TeamViewer should be installed and you should be willing to share your screen.

Before you take a HTS online exam, make sure you know and understand the following computer and behavior requirements.

Kindly keep scanned copies of your educational cerificates in your Desktop (from schools and colleges) before taking this online Interview. The following proctored exam rules are the basic rules for “closed book” exams. Note: The tests differ for every candidate, feel free to reach us before you start.

Test environment rules

  • Kindly do not change your place or move your computer during the test.
  • The lighting in the room must be bright enough to be considered “daylight” quality. Overhead lighting is preferred.
  • Make sure your room is quiet without external disturbances including Audio's and Video's.
  • Avoid referring Books , Internet or Calculators.

    Instructions and Tips to complete the test successfully:

    • Do not connect multiple displays.
    • You must close all other programs except Google Chrome, Webcam and Teamviewer. Also close unnecessary windows before taking the test.
    • No new Tabs or Browser Windows should be opened during the test.
    • You can do rough calculations in a white sheet paper of your choice.
    • Do not refresh the page during the full course of the test.
    • If the documents not clear or if the information typed-in is irrelevant to your submitted documents, your test will be aborted.
    • You are not supposed to answer any calls during the full course of the test. We might request you to keep your mobile in flight mode. Skype or third party software communication should be clear.
    • Make sure you are connected to a stable and fast network.

    This Online Interview is taken by myself without anybodys compulsion and i whole heartedly state that the sole purpose of taking this test is only to get a job in HIYA TechSolutions Private Limited.
